CalendarConnect shows live Mindbody availability in Calendly. When a client opens your booking page, it reads your real availability from Mindbody and feeds it to Calendly on the fly, so the times clients see are the times you actually have. Every booking becomes a Mindbody appointment instantly, with the client matched or created automatically and their intake answers on the record.
New in v4.0: availability is fetched directly from Mindbody, with no Google Calendar middleman. One embed on your website and one Calendly account cover all your locations and Mindbody site IDs, including cross-regional and data-share setups. Perfect for consultations, discovery calls, and intro sessions booked through Calendly.
