ShopConnect establishes a two-way data flow between Shopify and Mindbody. This means any change in one platform, be it inventory, customer data, or sales, is automatically reflected in the other, ensuring data consistency.

Products and services listed in Mindbody, including their price, tax settings, descriptions, photos, sizes, colors, and inventory levels, are automatically synchronized with Shopify. Any change in product details in Mindbody is updated in Shopify in real time.

For businesses with multiple locations, the integration supports routing sales to specific locations. Inventory levels are updated instantly across all locations post-sale, giving a consolidated view of stock levels in Shopify.

When a sale occurs, the system checks if the customer already exists in the database. If they do, the sale is appended to their record. If not, a new customer profile is created, ensuring no duplicate entries.

The system integrates with Shopify Payments for instant credit card processing. Additionally, it's compatible with over 100 external payment gateways, facilitating diverse payment methods and ensuring secure transactions.

Businesses can define specific conditions for synchronization. For instance, they can choose which products or services to sync, set bidirectional or unidirectional sync preferences, and determine the exact data fields to be synchronized between platforms.

With the optional booking add-on, customers pick a live Mindbody time for an appointment or a class right on the Shopify product page, then pay in the Shopify checkout. The booking is created in Mindbody the moment payment succeeds, with the customer matched or created automatically. Works across locations and Mindbody site IDs, including cross-regional and data-share setups.
